Simple and quick to prepare, why not add this fish recipe to your menu of the week? Often cheaper than salmon, salmon trout - or brook trout - are cooked in the same way as salmon.

Ingredients

Rapido presto fish

  • 227 g (1⁄2 lbs) brook trout filets
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 85 ml (1⁄3 cup) vegetable broth
  • To taste Herbamare® Original

  • Rich in healthy Omega-3 fats
  • Good source of protein
  • High in B vitamins (B12 & B6)

The healthy Omega-3 fats in trout are great for anyone suffering from inflammatory disorders such as muscle & joint pain, arthritis or an enlarged prostate due to their anti-inflammatory properties.

How to make Rapido presto fish

1. Place trout in a saucepan and season with Herbamare® Original. .

2. Place asparagus on fish and pour vegetable broth over.

3. Cover and cook at low heat for 7 minutes or until fish is cooked.
