Chocolate & PB Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1-2 cups cashew milk
  • 2 tbsp Natur Peanut Butter - for an extra chocolate version, try with Natur Cacao
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder of choice or 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • Rich in healthy fats

Bananas are great for your digestive system! They help aid digestion, stimulate the growth of friendly bacteria and because they are high in fibre, they help keep your bowels healthy.

How to make Chocolate & PB Smoothie

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender. Use amount of milk that you want. You can start by putting enough to cover your other ingredients and then add to desired consistency.

2. Enjoy!
