In this recipe, I'll use sunflower seeds, they're my absolute favorite. As a child, I preferred sunflower seeds instead of candy - because I liked them so much.


Gluten free crispbread

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Herbamare® Original seasoning salt
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg

  • High zinc content
  • Pich in phytoestrogens
  • Enriched with B-Vitamins

Pumpkin seeds can play an important part in men’s health due to their high zinc content, which is important for the prostate.

How to make Gluten free crispbread

1. Mix the dry ingredients, add the water, oil and egg.

2. Pat the dough thinly on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

3. Bake at 195° C (375° F) for about 40 mins.
