Nothing compares to a good pasta dish!! Made with fresh basil, garlic and seasoned with Herbamare… this dish will charm your taste buds!

Ingredients

Pistoulous pasta

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 60 g of pine nuts
  • 50 g of feta cheese
  • 250 mL of virgin olive oil, first cold pressing
  • 2 tsp of Herbamare® Original
  • 12 fresh basil leaves
  • 400 g of spaghetti (or pasta of your choice) with wholemeal semolina

Herbamare® Original

Herbamare® Original is made from sea salt and 12 different fresh organically grown vegetables, garden herbs and iodine rich kelp. It is a delicious accompaniment to any meal.

How to make Pistoulous pasta

1. Crumble the garlic, pine nuts and crumbled feta cheese in a mortar. Add the oil, Herbamare® and basil. Put this preparation in a gravy boat.

2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain the pasta which should be "al dente".

3. Serve the pasta very hot, topped with the sauce.
