  • 100g dried mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 450 ml Herbamare® Broth
  • 150 g cooked wholegrain rice
  • Black pepper
  • Cream cheese
  • Oregano
  • 150 g grated Emmental cheese

  • Black pepper 
  • 2 x 500 ml bottles of beetroot juice
