Ingredients resistance smoothie

  • A quarter of a fresh pineapple (or from a can with juice)
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • A 2 cm piece of peeled fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
  • Approximately 100 ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 30 drops of Echinaforce

Method of preparation

Peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Peel the ginger as well and cut or grate in small pieces. Place the pineapple, ginger, lemon juice, Greek yogurt and honey in a blender. Add some water to taste and 30 drops of Echinaforce. Mix until smooth.
