Some people may be wary of almond milk due to its high fat content. Almond milk is also high in omega-3 fatty acids, which help to lower ‘bad’ cholesterol levels and protect your heart, while calcium and vitamin D are important for strong bones and teeth and to regulate your blood pressure.
